forwardinvest.ai is operated by Forward Invest S.r.l., a limited liability company under Italian law with a sole shareholder, registered office at Via Adelaide Ristori 38, 00197 Roma (RM), Italy, fiscal code and VAT number 18586341002, registered with the Companies Register of Rome, REA RM-1794105, share capital €100.000 fully paid-up (i.v.), subject to the direction and coordination of Zero S.r.l.
By using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is, and is not
This site describes Forward Invest, the people behind it, and the way we work with founders. It is published for general information only.
Regulatory Status & Non-Reliance:
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any business, share, quota or other security, an invitation or inducement to invest, or investment, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. It is not a prospectus, it is not directed at retail investors, and it is not an offer to the public of financial products within the meaning of Italian or European law. Forward Invest is not an authorised financial intermediary and does not raise capital from the public through this site.
No acquisition, investment or other transaction arises from this site. Any transaction proceeds only under separately negotiated and signed documents, and remains subject to our due diligence, our internal approvals and any required regulatory clearance.
3. No guarantee of results
Where we describe the past experience of our team, including companies founded, sold or financed, we describe past events. Past results are not an indication of future results, and nothing on this site promises any return, valuation, price, timing or outcome to anyone.
Statements about our criteria, our process, the size of our investments, the resources we make available and our intentions describe our current approach. They are not contractual commitments, they involve assumptions that may prove wrong, and they may change without notice. If you want to know what applies today, ask us in the first conversation and you will get a direct answer.
4. Enquiries and confidentiality
Information sent to us through the contact form, by email or during a call is treated as confidential and is seen only by our team and its advisers. Until a confidentiality agreement is signed, however, we are not under a formal duty of confidence, so please do not send commercially sensitive material at that stage. A short description of your company is enough to begin.
We reply to every enquiry within 48 hours. Sending us information does not oblige us to meet, to make an offer or to proceed, and creates no fee, commission or other payment in either direction. We do not accept unsolicited ideas, plans or materials on the basis that any duty of confidence or payment arises from their submission.
5. Requesting a call
The call request form on this site sends us your details and your preferred days and times. It does not book anything by itself. We reply within 48 hours to propose a time. A request is a request for a conversation, not a commitment by either side.
6. Intellectual property
The Forward Invest name and mark, and the text, design, images and code of this site, belong to Forward Invest S.r.l. or its licensors. You may read the site, quote from it briefly with attribution, and link to it. You may not reproduce, republish or adapt it substantially without our written permission.
Third-party names and marks that appear on this site, including the names of former employers, universities, institutions and companies mentioned in our team's biographies, belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the background of our team. Their appearance implies no endorsement of, investment in, or affiliation with Forward Invest.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, do not introduce malicious code, do not scrape it, and do not use the contact form or the call request form to send unsolicited commercial communications.
8. Accuracy and availability
We take care over what we publish, but the site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forward Invest S.r.l. excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or anticipated saving, arising from use of or reliance on this site or on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Italian law.

Where we link to a third-party site, including our LinkedIn page and the site of Eternal Tech, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the use of this site, are governed by Italian law. The courts of Rome have exclusive jurisdiction, save that where you deal with us as a consumer this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
